We are in the middle of Disability Rights Awareness Month, a global campaign that aims to promote an understanding of and raise awareness about disability inclusion while empowering people with disabilities.

People with learning and many other disabilities have hopes and dreams and ambitions like you and me, and they are just as capable when given an opportunity.
Antonio Fernandez (42), more fondly referred to as Tony of Antonio’s Art is a talented local painter who hails from the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and is making headlines with his art. Tony has already sold a total of 30 of his paintings, with two of his pieces being sold internationally.
Tony’s love of painting began six years ago and was only intensified by discovering Bob Ross’s show “The Joy of Painting” on a family trip to New Zealand. He now paints and sells his artwork with the goal to make enough money to be able to visit New York.
