From beginners to experienced potters, the pottery workshop classes are the perfect break from the hustle and bustle of our everyday busy life! A perfect way to catch up with your girlfriends, while having some fun, learning new skills, and getting your creative juices flowing in a relaxed and friendly environment!
The classes are suitable for all experience levels with no prior pottery experience. Classes are held from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Barbara Jackson School of Ceramics:

A studio set in Green Point, the Barbara Jackson School of Ceramics offers classes for both beginners and more advanced ceramicists. Classes focus on hand-building as opposed to wheelwork, and glazing and firing techniques are also taught.

The studio is designed to provide the perfect environment for anyone attracted to creating with clay – from the curious and inexperienced to the seasoned veteran potters. This is a perfect spot for you to just let your creativity flow and be inspired at the same time.
The classes are led by award-winning potter Anthony Shapiro, Bongani Zuma and Zelda Webber from Monday to Saturday.
