If you’re a sunset chaser, a lover of good music and a firm believer in the therapeutic powers of movement; what better way to combine all three than a Sunset Beach Dance presented by Secret Sunrise Cape Town?

Let your inner sun rise as the sun sets on the horizon of Cape Town’s beloved Camps Bay beach next Saturday, 8 April.
Using headphone technology, accredited facilitator Maia Veitch will take you on a guided celebration of life, joy and abundance through a series of musical genres.
Try to arrive at 5pm to receive your silent headsets before the session begins.
If not for the chance to unwind and groove into the golden hour, come for the variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work and movement, which start and end the event.
Bring along a bottle of water, a yoga mat or a towel, and your divine self.
Additionally, if you’d like to support the upliftment of children and youth in marginalised communities, you can do so by adding a #ShareTheJoy donation when purchasing your tickets.
All donations go towards The UP (The UPliftment Programme). A socio-emotional PBO that professionally trains joy facilitators and catalysts to bring emotional wellness sessions to the communities that need them most – hospitals, homes, community organisations and previously disadvantaged schools.
