If you’ve recently watched House of Gucci, love the outdoors and are willing to splurge, then The North Face and Gucci’s second chapter of their collaboration might just sound like music to your ears.
Following their initial partnership last year, The North Face and Gucci are back for Chapter 2 of the collaboration that says ‘the hiking look has a place on the runway’.
The campaign was brought to life by Alessandro Michele and showcases styles against Iceland’s jaw-dropping frosted landscape.
Through the reimagining of 70’s pieces from luxury fashion house Gucci, alongside ‘The Great Outdoors’ (which was on the come up in fashion in 2021) it encapsulates what the North Face is known for and makes it chic, with the collection screaming: ‘luxury can take a hike’ (in the best way).
Bombers, vests, hiking boots, accessories and bags are all part of the admittedly vivid and beautiful collection, with the added flair of sustainable materials for that extra dash of green we can’t see.
ECONYL®, a nylon fabric made from regenerated materials can be thanked for making the looks that much more eco-friendly.
