Take your vitamins
While there is no vitamin that can replace a healthy diet, taking vitamins can help supplement it.
Start incorporating vitamins like collagen for better skin elasticity, biotin for stronger nails and hair growth, and also, immune boosters.
Not forgetting digestive vitamins that will help with bloating and regular trips to the loo.
Drink more water
If for no other reason, you should drink water because our bodies are made of water. For this, your brain, heart and other organs will function better.
Try to drink at least a litre of water a day. You can do this by using large drinking bottles to help you to keep me on track.
Another great plus of drinking more is that it’s linked to lower levels of stress and anxiety. Plus, it reduces the urge to snack. Often, we think we feel hungry when really, we just need a good gulp on H20.
This is one of the easiest ways to improve your overall health.
Move your body
This goes hand in hand with developing better eating habits, but what’s important is to listen to your body.
