Graham Woodman (68), who lives with his mother, said he left for work at 3:30am on Tuesday morning, and when he returned, he discovered his mother’s body in the backyard.
He claims that the neighbour’s dogs have nighttime access to their property for safety reasons. The mother is said to have entered the yard before the dog gate was closed.
According to The South African, the Bishop Lavis police are investigating an inquest case, and a senior inspector of the Law Enforcement Animal Control Unit removed the dogs from the premises.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to the late Olga Grill’s family and loved ones.
