On Thursday, 10 February, a light private aircraft crash-landed along Link Road in the Cape Point section of Table Mountain National Park (TMNP) at approximately 1:40pm.
According to SANParks, all emergency personnel were immediately informed and responded timeously. The light aircraft had two occupants who suffered minor injuries and were transported to the hospital for further examination.
The details surrounding the cause of the crash are unknown at this stage.
