Eskom said in a statement that, due to reduced demand, lower stages of loadshedding are planned for the weekend.

Loadshedding will be reduced to stage 3 on Saturday from 5am to 4pm. Then, stage 5 loadshedding will be implemented until 5am on Sunday, followed by stage 4 from 5am to 4pm. Stage 6 will then be implemented until 5am on Monday.
On Monday, stage 4 will be implemented from 5am until 4pm, and thereafter, stage 6 will be implemented until further notice.
