Frischke went missing in February when he set off to go hiking in the Hangberg area near Hout Bay and has not been seen since, despite the arrest of several suspects.
Igshaan Fisher, Jason Adonis, Vanroy Petersen, Carlo Guenantin and Melvin Guenantin were taken into custody after being discovered with items belonging to Nick Frischke.
The five suspects stand accused of committing aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm and are under investigation for a potential connection to Frischke’s possible murder.
Following their previous court appearance, Eric Ntabazalila, the spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), confirmed that Adonis had been granted bail in the amount of R500.
All five men are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.
