A 12-year-old Sentinel Primary school learner went missing from Mandela Park in Hout Bay, after leaving home to play with his friends, has been found.
The missing boy’s father confirmed that police had found a body and it has been identified as Sibusiso Dakuse.
An extensive search was conducted with police calling on the public to assist in tracking down Dakuse.
This news of another child’s death comes on the day of Tazne Van Wyk’s funeral, which has sparked outrage across the country as people call for more to be done to protect children from violence.
Details around Dakuse’s death are not known, we are awaiting police confirmation for the cause of death.
