On October 25th 2017, the second edition of Museum Night returns to the V&A Waterfront.
From 5pm – 10pm, a selection of museums in & around the V&A will be open, including Robben Island Jetty Museum, Chavonnes Battery Museum, Iziko Maritime Centre, the Springbok Experience Rugby Museum – and of course, the new Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA).
With summer around the corner, this is a great way to spend a Wednesday evening to immerse yourself in the rich culture and heritage of Cape Town. On the night, most of the museum sites will be offering free admission, with several other attractions offering half price admission.
To support the museum exhibitions, a number of exciting programmes of artistic performances and walkabouts will be available.
