During their inspection, they discovered four underweight adult Pitbulls and one Pitbull puppy.
All of the adult dogs were cruelly chained or tied together with tangled nylon rope.
There were no obvious signs that they had been fed recently, and only one filthy, shared water bowl was visible, which was out of reach for some of the dogs.

Their owner was ordered to immediately correct all animal welfare deficiencies, including but not limited to the provision of adequate food, water and shelter, as well as to unchain the dogs and comply with the City’s by-laws, which state that no more than two sterilised dogs are permitted per dwelling.
‘The consequences of their owner failing to meet our collective demands will amongst other punitive remedial steps include immediate seizure of all the animals and the laying of animal cruelty charges,’ the AWS posted on Facebook.
