Cape Town’s skyline is expected to change in 36 months, with construction on a new R1.5-billion glass skyscraper called “The Modern” starting in March 2018.

The new building together with three other developments will reshape the city’s horizon.

The developers are Ingenuity Property and the skyscraper will be located on the corner of Bree, Loop and Hans Strijdom Avenue. You can expect a post modern style building which features a unique twist on the facade, giving it a completely different look.

The Modern

  • 814 square metres of retail space
  • 10,000 square metres of premium office space
