Reports have been issued of a sinkhole on De Villiers Street, Strand. A truck has been photographed being ‘swallowed’.
Authorities have been dispatched to the scene. Afriforum Strand Patrol and neighbourhood watch members were among the first responders.
Expect traffic delays.
