This morning [May 12] those spending lockdown in Kleinmond were treated to an odd sight. A submarine was reported to be seen drifting in the waters just off shore of the coastal town.
Residents in neighbouring towns such as Betty’s Bay, Rooi Els, Hermanus and False Bay also reported seeing the submarine drifting in the waters. It is not yet confirmed why the submarine was travelling along the coast this morning.
