UPDATE: She has been found. According to a Pink Ladies post, a women took her in and then handed her over to SAPS on Sunday morning.
Muizenberg police have made an urgent please for anyone who has seen three-year-old Cwenga Mbangi to come forward with information. Mbangi was last seen on Saturday, November 28 by her mother Nokulunga Mbangi at 4pm in Hout Bay.
At the time of her disappearance she was wearing maroon velvet leggings, a navy long sleeve shirt and peach flip flops. Her hair is in a bubby afro.
