Treat your furry companions to a life of luxury – if you’ve got a loose R10 ooo lying about. Italian high-end luxury fashion house Gucci has released its first line of pet clothing, accessories and home goods, and it’s the stuff fashion dreams are made of.
The new line sports an impressive collection for dogs, cats and other critters; spoil them with items such as sport leather collars, harnesses and leashes, featuring the iconic GG canvas, web stripe, interlocking G logo print, Herbarium pattern and other signature Gucci design touches, as per The Hollywood Reporter. There are also leather Air Tag cases and waste bag holders to coordinate with leashes, and made-to-order home items include miniature couches, hard-sided cases with removable ceramic feeding bowls, silver-toned brass bowl covers, matching feeding mats and travel carriers.
To promote the release, Namibian-German artist and designer Max Siedentopf shot an elegant campaign featuring portraits of cats and dogs with their pricey Gucci accessories.
