George Ezra is a singer-songwriter from Hertfordshire who now lives in Bristol. Ezra has a deep, resonant voice that initially seemed to belie his youth.
Ezra was just 19 when he released his debut single, “Budapest,” a warm and soulful slice of classy folk-pop influenced by the works of Bob Dylan and Hank Williams.
Ezra recently premiered his documentary titled “End to End”, chronicling his journey across the UK with two childhood friends. Travelling from Land’s End to John O’Groats, the group walked 1,200 miles in 95 days.
He is also YouTube Music’s sustainability partner, with plans to plant 20 million trees in collaboration with the National Trust.
Tickets for Ezra’s two South African shows will go on sale exclusively through Ticketmaster on Friday, 10 March at 9am.
