Monday, August 24 marks one year since Uyinene Mrwetyana (19) was violently murdered at the post office in Claremont. Her death sparked a huge social justice movement to deal with ongoing gender-based violence but STILL, nothing has changed. The post office in Claremont was covered in messages, flowers and pictures of the young beauty as heartfelt tributes of her untimely death.
