has opened their competition to win a 2.3 million pound UK mansion to participants around the world, including South Africa, becoming the first global luxury house competition.

Participants stand the chance to win a country mansion in Devon, England just 2 hours drive from London and only 25 minutes from the beautiful and historic Devonshire coast.

Part of the prize is all the contents of the mansion including furnishings, indoor pool, gym, tree-hole golf course, 10 acres of grounds, four-car garage and separate apartment with its own garden.

If that wasn’t enough, the mansion also comes with a cash prize of £50 000, as well as a Rolls Royce (which will be UK Stamp Duty Tax paid), and the services of both a housekeeper and gardener for one year. The winner can do what they like with their prize, including rent out or sell the property.

The gorgeous mansion includes double entrance doors, an entrance hall, drawing room, kitchen, dining room, library, study, breakfast room, bar, entertainment terrace, barbecue area and garden.

The basement is also kitted out with a wine cellar, utility room, drying room and storage area.

Upstairs the mansion features four large en-suite bedrooms, with the master suite having its own sitting area, dressing room and French doors opening on to a balcony.

The property is fully secured with electric gates, closed circuit television and alarm systems.

The couple who own the home, and wish to remain anonymous, have been married and working in business together for 45 years.  They are donating 20 per cent of the competition proceeds to charity.
“Our passion is to give others a helping hand after we were supported by our first employer when we started in business. We have many happy family memories, but now want to use the home to help some wonderful charities and give someone the chance to become an instant millionaire,” they said. “It’s lovely to think that somewhere in the world someone will wake up a millionaire, winning what is a very British mansion in one of the most beautiful parts of England.”

If you aren’t the lucky winner of the Millionaire Mansion prize, there are nine £10,000 runner-up prizes up for grabs too.
Tickets are £10, plus 50 pence booking fee per transaction.

For a chance of winning, entrants, who must be at least 18 years old, need to buy a ticket at and successfully answer a multiple-choice question.

The charities to benefit from the competition are Make a Wish UK, Demelza, British Red Cross, Global’s Make Some Noise, Help for Heroes, Elizabeth’s Legacy of Hope, Edna Adan Foundation, Balloons Devon, Marine Conservation Society, Over the Wall and Farms For City Children.
David Gibson, British estate agent and chartered surveyor Whitton & Laing, said: “It’s an incredible property right in the heart of beautiful English countryside. The main house and the grounds have been immaculately cared for. The winner will have plenty to think about, whether they decide to cash in and sell, rent it out or keep it as a magical retreat or holiday estate.”
The competition runs until November 30, 2018.

A maximum of 1 million tickets are available.
