The night involves a three-course interactive meal with chef Strone Henry, who runs Side Wing with his partner, Ashleigh Frans.

With whiskey as the drink for the evening, the complimentary cocktails will keep you in a good mood throughout the tasty experience.
Strone takes you casually through the stages, where you get to flaunt your culinary skills cooking up a three-course meal (although Side Wing thankfully done earlier preparations).
The night’s menu consisted of a Prawn Taco for starters, a healthy portion of pork loin ribs, smoked wings and salad for mains and a three-layered chocolate dessert.

What also makes the event such an occasion is the jubilance in the kitchen, reminding us that cooking is meant to be fun (although much credit should go to the whiskey and the DJ bringing the beats).
With the cooking done, the Black Bottle cocktails keep coming as your meals are plated and served while you dine at the upper deck overlooking the V&A waterfront.

Thanks to the hearty meals you prepared, you’ll have plenty to take home as well as a goodie bag with some Black Bottle and Side Wing products.
With the next cook along taking place in December, be sure to purchase your tickets soon on Quicket. Keep an eye on social media for more updates, too.
