TEARS Animal Rescue hosted an enlightening two-hour interactive workshop with a focus on teaching children the importance of treating animals with care and respect.
Working in groups and armed with paper and pencils, the children enthusiastically embraced the drawing workshops, displaying creative ingenuity in sketching their favourite animals, which would later be turned into murals on the walls of their community.
The walls gradually transformed into vibrant murals, each reflecting the artistic essence of its young creators.
What’s even more incredible is that as the workshop continued, more children participated, with young boys eagerly joining the artistic endeavour.
The children’s incredible work received praise from the community, local shop owners and residents. These murals are not just art; they are symbols of empowerment, unity and the incredible potential that lies within every child.
In the end, the project proved that creativity knows no boundaries. The vibrant and colourful murals added a fresh aesthetic appeal to the community and served as a reminder of the power of art, creativity and unity.
