After weeks spent swimming in our own sweat, the Mother City seems to be cooling us off with some much-needed rainfall.
While there’s nothing more refreshing than enjoying the sweet smell of summer ran hitting the scorching tar, Capetonians are very much like hibernating bears. When temperatures start to dip and the wind begins to howl, you won’t find too many locals excited about stepping out and getting wet, even when the destination is worth the effort.
