Good morning, Cape {town} Etc family! We’re in for a cloudy start followed by the return of the sun with a big dose of the infamous southeaster to get the week started.

Temperatures are expected to reach a high of 24ºC with a very unhealthy Max UV Index of 11. A south-easterly wind will be making its way through the Cape at 39kph, gusting at 85kph.
A clear but breezy evening will see temperatures dropping to a low of 17 ºC and cloud cover dropping from 47% to 14%. Wind speeds will also be dropping to 24kph from the same direction, gusting to 76kph.
