Several exclusive villas have been added to The Royal Portfolio collection falling under the new Silo Hotel Private Residences, offering privacy and comfort with all of the staff and service of The Silo.

Guests can choose to stay at any of the private residences located in Bantry Bay and Clifton, along Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. Four luxurious options are available ranging in size from eight to 12 bedrooms, all with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Each option comes with a private games room, wine cellar, spa, private cinema, gym, and heated swimming pool. While staying at their latest additions, visitors will be considered guests at the Silo Hotel too. They will also be able to enjoy the hotel’s rooftop, pool, and spa. All residences are just 10 minutes from the Silo Hotel.

Options include “Beyond”, a six-level luxury villa suspended at one of the highest points in Clifton, and “Villa 196”, a sun-soaked hideout in the heart of Bantry Bay with uninterrupted ocean views. The third option is “Obsidian”, a five-level villa in Clifton on the slopes of Lion’s Head with magnificent views of the 12 Apostles. Lastly “Sea Lion” is a granite and marble textured villa with vibrant contemporary interiors in Fresnaye.
