Led by expert practitioners, Rooftop Retreats includes a diverse range of activities aimed at enhancing your overall well-being.
Parkour & Natural Movement coach Justin Bergemann will guide participants through exercises designed to improve mobility, strength and connection to both oneself and the environment.

Expect to crawl, balance, jump and more, all while moving to form a deeper mind-body connection.
Following the movement session, Daniel Patrick will lead participants in a transformative breathwork experience. Through various breathing techniques, attendees will learn to tap into the power of their breath, experiencing everything from deep relaxation to vibrant energy surges.
All fitness levels are welcome and no prior experience is necessary. Attendees are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel, blanket, cushion, warm clothes and water.
It’s recommended to arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to the experience.
