Group sessions package:
- Cost: R999 p/m
- Monday: 6am mobility and injury prevention
- Tuesday: 5:30am speed session
- Wednesday: 5:30am trail run/hike
- Thursday: 6am strength and conditioning
- Friday: 5:30am road session
- Saturday: 6am long trail run/ hike (2.5 hours)
The Miles for Moms package:
This package is suited to moms with kids. Package options:
Cost:
- R999 p/m: month to month
- R799 p/m: 3 months
- R599 p/m: 6 months
Details:
- Monday: 9am promenade anaerobic session
- Wednesday: 9am trail run/hike
- Friday: 9am high intensity interval strength session (HIIT)
- Saturday: 6am long trail run/ hike
The Run Crew package:
This package includes scientific-based programmes to ensure you get the most out of each session, strategically covering three bases of training throughout the week.
- Cost: from R299 p/m
Details:
- Tuesday: speed session 5:30am
- Wednesday: trail session 5:30am
- Friday: road tempo session 5:30am
Part Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday training:
- Speed work (strong stride, improved running economy, anaerobic endurance).
- Aerobic runs (builds aerobic base, improves ability to hold a faster pace for a longer time, decreases risk of heart disease, assists in weight management).
- Fartlek training (improves speed, endurance and mental strength).
The Breaking Boundaries package:
This package is designed around the idea that, “A goal without a plan is only a dream”. The Mindset Movement team will design a programme tailored specifically to you taking into consideration your personal goals, needs, family and work schedules. Your programme is monitored and updated weekly to insure you the best results possible as well as weekly check ins with your coach to ensure everything is going to plan. Other benefits include: injury prevention strength work to avoid or help with any past injuries as well as mobility and flexibility sessions to allow you to remain injury free and consistent though out the year.
