Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a combat and contact sport almost similar to boxing but with a hint of Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing.

1. Pride Fighting Academy

3. Impakt Academy of Mixed Arts
Here there is no time for games. MMA is offered at all levels from beginner to advanced classes. Mix up the training with some boot camp for weight loss or simply to tone your muscles.
