South African DJ, record producer and songwriter Black Coffee was injured en route to a scheduled show in Mar del Plata, Argentina.

As posted on his social media accounts, Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo, also known as Black Coffee, was involved in a severe travel accident on a flight while en route to his Mar del Plata gig.
His team confirmed that he is receiving the ‘best possible medical attention’ and is ‘recovering well’.

Black Coffee’s career started around 1994. After competing in the 2004 Red Bull Music Academy, he released nine studio albums and a live DVD.
He has also received several accolades, including eight SAMA awards, four DJ Awards, two Metro FM Awards and one Grammy Award.
