Western Cape residents could see the province’s possible scattering of snow come full force as per, Snow News on the mountainous areas of the eastern parts of Western Cape.

An early prediction of snowfall is set for 14 and 15 August. However, the expected snow levels were not available at the time of publication.

The snow is expected to bring cold conditions, and residents are encouraged to keep safe and stay warm.

In addition, Snow News warned that their forecast is an advanced forecast and that things could change as weather models have been fairly inconsistent for several days.

The most likely place to find snow in the Western Cape is Matroosberg which is just two hours away from Cape Town. It is the most reliable snow-place that attracts a lot of snow lovers who are excited to get a chance of experiencing throwing a snowball and building snowmen with family and friends.
