The main course follows with more perfectly thought-out and prepared dishes, such as duck leg confit with sweet potato, pak choi, fine beans and ginger gastrique, or cauliflower risotto with pickled shimeji, toasted almonds, aubergine biltong and herb oil.
The Valentine’s Day dinner will end on a sweet note, with options including white chocolate mascarpone parfait, syrah mousse, strawberries, white chocolate snow and raspberry sponge, to name but a few.
