The idea of ‘food TikTok’ really blew up when the rise of the app coincided with everyone being stuck inside their homes from March 2020 onwards. With time on our hands, and trends making their rounds, a lot of us became chefs – or attempted to.
Now, over two years later, although the days of whipped coffee and mini pancake cereal are fading into the past, many people have continued their pursuit of kitchen expertise. Food-Tok continues to grow, thrive and provide us with entertainment and food education.
