Cape Town, your much-loved restaurant, Beluga has risen from the proverbial ashes and is due to reopen its doors in September at a new trendy and upmarket spot at the V&A Waterfront cruise terminal. Just in time for the start of Cape Town tourism season.
Group Hospitality Manager of Beluga, Inge Rebello said, “We cannot wait to reopen our doors in this stunning new location and welcome everyone back. COVID-19 affected so many businesses and we are proud to see Beluga make its comeback just in time for spring in the Mother City. This is an exciting time for Beluga, and we promise to deliver the food and experience our patrons have grown to love.”
The famed restaurant was forced to shut its doors due to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions.
The new location offers views of the Cape Town harbour, a wine-tasting section, whisky bar, sushi conveyer belt and a private dining area combined with that old Beluga favourites Capetonians have come to love and miss.
