Ayuk says he is a victim of a plot against him by a policeman in Milnerton and denies luring women from the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape for sex work at a house off Koeberg Road.
Ayuk, along with Yannick and estranged wife Leandra Williams Ayuk from Springbok, has pleaded not guilty to a list of charges including human trafficking, rape, assault and debt bondage.

The group reportedly lured vulnerable, drug-addicted girls and women to the house to do sex work. These women were allegedly given free drugs. However, any money they made was to be given to the Ayuks.
The house has been converted to rental accommodation, and several women have testified that they were held against their will at the house. One alleged that she was raped there.
More witnesses are expected to testify for Edward Ayuk, while Leandra Williams Ayuk will take the stand to answer questions on her alleged role.
