A second car has plunged into a canal near the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
On September 11, a car was pulled from the same waterway according to 1 Second CPT. The driver of the vehicle lost control and was arrested for drunk driving.
This latest incident appears to be quite similar. The City’s fire department was on hand to recover the car from the waters.
