Camps Bay Beach has received international recognition by being ranked the 15th most beautiful beach in the world, according to a recent study conducted by online slots site Betway.
The study analysed visitor reviews, average temperature, rainfall during summer, litter levels and the number of Instagram tags for each location to determine the top 100 beaches worldwide.
Camps Bay Beach captivates visitors with its stunning stretch of white sand and breathtaking mountain views. Sitting in a vibrant atmosphere surrounded by restaurants, clubs and hotels, this beach has become a must-visit destination for thousands of tourists each year.
During the summer months, Camps Bay enjoys an average temperature of 27.6 degrees Celsius, providing an ideal setting for sun-seekers to soak up the African sun. However, it is worth noting that the area receives an average rainfall of 118mm in January, adding a refreshing touch to the coastal experience.

Cape Town was further celebrated in the rankings as Hout Bay Beach also secured a spot in the top 20. With its stunning coastline, Hout Bay Beach stands as a testament to the natural beauty the city is known for.
The list of the world’s top 20 most beautiful beaches includes a diverse range of locations. Elafonissi Beach in Greece claimed the coveted first place, with its breathtaking pink sand and unique landscape.
Turquoise Bay and Four Mile Beach in Australia, Oludeniz Beach in Turkey and Whitehaven Beach, also in Australia, were among the other stunning beaches that made the list.
