Cape Town International Airport (CTIA) has been crowned the best airport in Africa for the ninth year in a row.
It also clinched the Best Airport Staff Service in Africa award for the fourth consecutive year. The honours were awarded by the Skytrax World Airline and Airport Star Rating programme, globally recognised as the gold standard in airline and airport service quality awards.
