The protest action led by the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) in Cape Town has moved onto the N2 Northbound on Jakes Gerwel.

The EFF has taken to the streets as they demand that taxis impounded by the City of Cape Town in August be released. The political party’s provincial chair, Unathi Ntame, says the protest will be conducted peacefully:
