Four suspects have been arrested after allegedly attacking a group of hikers on Table Mountain on Thursday morning. The three hikers walking in the northern section of the park when they were allegedly attacked by four suspects.
The victims were bound by their attackers, according to reports.
Speaking to IOL, SANParks confirmed that all four suspects have been apprehended and are in the police custody.
The victims of the attack have opened up a case at the Cape Town Central Police Station and have positively identified the suspects.
SANParks confirmed that two of the hikers were male.
