The City of Cape Town has unveiled the Invest Cape Town Centre, a hub designed to champion economic activities, highlight investor support initiatives and showcase Cape-made products.
Situated at City Hall, this multifaceted space was inaugurated by Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis and Alderman James Vos, the Mayoral Committee Member for Economic Growth.

The Invest Cape Town Centre serves as a spot for investors to explore all facets of Cape Town, promoting economic engagements. In addition, the centre is a platform to support local businesses by featuring proudly Cape Town product ranges.
Alderman Vos envisions the centre as a space for networking events and interactions with investors, high-level delegations and stakeholders.
The concept was inspired during a City trade mission to Dubai, where Alderman Vos observed the Economic Development Centre showcasing locally produced goods. This approach was adapted for Cape Town, making it a pioneering initiative in South Africa.
