The Ndlovu Youth Choir just cannot be stopped! The incredible South African choir, along with flutist Wouter Kellerman, has been nominated for a Hollywood Music in Media Award for their performance of Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You”.
Wouter took to Twitter to announce their nomination. “So happy to be nominated for Hollywood Music in Media Awards with Ndlovu Youth Choir for our video ‘Shape of You’,” he wrote.
The choir performed their rendition of the popular song with Grammy award-winning South African flutist Kellerman, who posted the video to his Youtube page back in October 2018. The video quickly went viral and to date has over 4.4 million views.

Since this performance, Ndlovu Youth Choir has gone from strength to strength, reaching the finals of America’s Got Talent and being signed to Simon Cowell’s record label, Syco Music.
The 10th annual Hollywood Music in Media Awards honours original music and visual media from around the world. The Hollywood Music In Media Academy, a voting body of industry professionals, will determine the winners in each category. The awards will be held on November 30 in Hollywood.
