The City’s Water and Sanitation Directorate will be doing planned water supply maintenance this week which will result in water supply disruptions.
The work – pipe and valve installations, repairs and replacements – is done to benefit residents in the long term.

Water supply will be disrupted in the following areas:
Goodwood
- Dates: Tuesday, 28 November and Thursday, 30 November
- Times: 9am to 5pm
- Area: Voortrekker Road, Jakes Gerwel Drive, the railway line and Alice Street
Large part of Gordon’s Bay (Dobson)
- Date: Tuesday, 28 November
- Times: 8am to 6pm
- Area: Sir Lowry’s Pass Road, Dennehoek Road, Disa Road and the Coastline

Constantia, Plumstead and Meadowridge
- Date: Tuesday, 28 November
- Times: 9am to 5pm
- Area: Burnham Road in Plumstead, Riesling Road and Chateau Circle in Constantia, and Edison Road, Weltevreden Drive and Newton Drive in Meadowridge
Plumstead and Diep River
- Date: Tuesday, 28 November
- Times: 9am to 5pm
- Area: Coronation Avenue, Princess Vlei Road, Melville Road, Smith Road and Waterford Road in Plumstead, and Myburgh Road, Windsor Avenue, Paddington Road and Mile End North in Diep River

Residents are encouraged to prepare for the planned water supply disruptions by storing water in clean, sealed containers in advance and keeping taps closed.
