In a submission delivered in response to the panel’s probes about the theft at his Phala Phala farm, President Cyril Ramaphosa maintains he has not violated his oath of office and denies any misconduct.

On Monday 7 November, President Ramaphosa confirmed that he delivered his submission to the panel appointed by Parliament.
The panel is investigating matters surrounding the theft at his Phala Phala farm.
The statement reads that the president’s submission affirms his committed cooperation with the process, and he maintains that he has not violated his oath of office.
Heretofore, the president has refused to answer questions about Phala Phala in the National Assembly.
