The national lottery operator, Ithuba, has shared that a Cape Town resident who won R21 356 279.20 in the Lotto Plus 1 Draw 238 on 28 October plans to invest his winnings in establishing his own emergency services business and giving back to the community.

In addition to his entrepreneurial aspirations, the man plans to invest a portion of his winnings in property to secure his financial future and contribute to the growth of the local economy. He has also pledged to donate to various charities.
