The luxurious Steenberg boutique hotel has recently received a major upgrade that is expected to better guest experiences. Set on South Africa’s oldest registered farm in the Constantia Wine Valley, the refurbishment is designed to create a relaxing experience with a luxurious yet simplistic feel.

Steenberg’s rooms and suites have been redesigned and updated to fit with a more modern feel. They have also been reconfigured to accommodate for more guests.

Suites now accommodate for more guests.
More living space means more time for family

“We are experiencing a huge demand for family travel, so we rethought our room configurations and suites, and refined our shared and private spaces so that families who visit us can stay together more comfortably,” says Catherine Schulze, General Manager of Steenberg Hotel & Spa.

The bedrooms now have a modern, yet classic feel

They have thus created two- and three-bedroom suites as well as overhauled all the premier rooms with redesigned bathrooms and extended patios.

The bathrooms were redesigned to create a more tranquil feel.

The Steenberg spa was also redesigned and now offers an outdoor treatment area in their garden, creating a tranquil environment perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s newest signature restaurant, Tryn, completes the guest experience.

We want to offer all our guests a bespoke experience that perfectly suits them. Whether they are an extended family enjoying a once in a lifetime adventure together, a young family exploring the world, a couple or a group of friends on holiday sharing golf days, fine food and wine, and our beautiful peninsula, we want their stay with us to be unforgettable,” says Schulze.
