As snowfall blanketed parts of the Western Cape and the rest of South Africa over the weekend, Drone Fanatics SA took to the skies to capture stunning images of the snowy landscape.
The South African Weather Service (SAWS) had predicted very low temperatures, accompanied by windy and rainy conditions across the country in the coming days.
True to the forecast, snowfall began on Saturday morning over the high-lying areas of the Western and Northern Cape. Even Johannesburg, known for its milder winters, experienced a touch of snow this morning.
