Spring is here, and it’s the perfect time to start thinking about your child’s future education for the next school year.
Choosing the right path can greatly benefit their school performance and lay the foundation for a successful career. Therefore, it’s crucial to identify their interests, which will be in demand for the next couple of decades.
If your child spends a lot of time with tablets, constantly grabs a phone, loves animation or robots and knows their favourite YouTubers by heart, then computer education at NOVA Academy will channel their interests towards a bright future. They will also develop valuable skills like multitasking, logic and attention to detail.
NOVA Academy is currently enrolling children, aged seven to 14, for their Computer Academy. Groups are divided into several age categories: 7 to 9, 9 to 12 and 13 to 14. Each group consists of no more than 16 students and all classes take place in NOVA’s fully equipped classroom in Parow.
Future students have the opportunity to get a taste of what’s to come at NOVA Academy’s Open House every Saturday. During these events, kids can create their own 3D model of a popular Minecraft character or try their hand at game development.
In the early stages of the programme, students will get acquainted with computer technologies, the internet, online safety and even create their own games and LEGO robots.
NOVA Academy is one of the world’s largest providers of IT education. Learning in the field of digital technologies opens up vast opportunities: high salaries, guaranteed employment, exciting work and unlimited career growth.
Even if your child doesn’t dream of working in Silicon Valley, computer skills and knowledge will benefit them in any profession.
Education at NOVA Academy helps unblock each child’s potential, identifying their talents and connecting them to future careers.
There, NOVA trains cloud service engineers, programmers, web developers, cybersecurity specialists and other promising IT professionals. Children learn from scratch in small groups under the guidance of certified specialists, experienced in working with kids.
What’s also crucial is that education at NOVA Academy helps develop a child’s intellectual potential. Not everyone will want to become programmers or web designers, but the knowledge they gain will aid them in their studies, improving their understanding of physics, mathematics, logic and natural sciences.
They’ll be well-equipped to navigate not only the digital world but also the world around them, ensuring excellent academic performance.
Embark on an exciting educational adventure this school break at NOVA Academy’s computer camp, taking place from 2 to 6 October. Over the course of five days, students will create their first IT projects and fall in love with the learning atmosphere at the academy.
Don’t miss this opportunity to transition from school breaks to a promising career! Hurry, there are limited spots available.
