The winner of Miss Universe in 2015, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, is in Cape Town and having a blast while roaming the streets of the Mother City!
The 32-year-old TV personality took to Instagram to make her announcement and her fans are pretty much obsessed!

“There is just so much I am looking forward to. Aside from Miss South Africa itself, I’m really hoping I get the chance to explore. It’s always been one of my dream destinations,” Wurtzbach said previously about her first-time visit to South Africa.
Meanwhile, 27-year-old Andrea Mezamx, who won the prestigious pageant in 2020, accompanied Wurtzbach on a Safari tour in South Africa.

Wurtzbach took the time to explore the Mother City including a wine tour at Babylonstoren, a trip to Camps Bay Beach and a wine tasting and lunch at Groot Constantia.

Miss South Africa will be crowned on Saturday, October 16:
Where: Grand Arena, Grandwest in Cape Town.
The event will go live from 5pm on M-net (DStv 101) and Mzansi Magic (DStv 161). The event will also be streamed online for an international audience on MissSA.live.
