Bianca del Rio, winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 6, makes her way to the Mother City next week for her second Cape Town performance in her career.
Del Rio is a drag queen and comic who is notoriously fierce, funny and cheeky with her humour. The New York Times dubbed her the “Joan Rivers of the Drag World.”

Del Rio is known primarily for her drag and her comedy, but her brand is constantly expanding: having Amazon’s top-selling beauty product, starring in films on Netflix and Hulu, writing a best-selling book, and making her West End debut in the hit musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.
The drag queen’s comedy tours have made history, being the first drag queen to headline Carnegie Hall and Wembley Arena, selling out both venues.
This tour, the ‘Unsanitised Tour,’ invites you to get your vaccinations and cocktails as you join Del Rio who is “vaxxed, waxed, and has more attitude than ever.”
The show will be held on Friday, 21 October at the CTICC in town.
